I was misled after inquiring about the type of services they offer. They told me the following options were inclusive in the Platinum Package I ordered: Logo Transparency, 3D Mockup, High Resolution, Source File, Vector File, Social Media Kit, and Stationery Designs. I had to follow-up numerous times about the Social Media Kit and Stationary Designs, they didn't provide the vector files and asked for an additional $10 to do so. They later said they didn't do 3D and swore they never offered it, until I produced the corresponding email from weeks earlier, then they preceded to label it a miscommunication.

After giving them specific instructions and uploading several examples, they still got the work wrong on more than one occasion. All of their response are automated unless you demand a reund. This escapade started on 01-25-19 and as of 03-12-19. The work still isn't complete. And that's with the Platinum Package Preferred Customer All-Inclusive 24-72 hour turn-around benefits.

When I finally got fed up and asked for a refund, the automated responses stopped and direct communication was apparent, but they were not willing to give a refund until they've tried to satisfy their customers for a minimum of 90 days. Another misleading 'satisfaction guaranteed or your money back' option that comes with the $99.00 Platinum Package.

I'm part to blame for dealing with these pirates because I failed to do enough due diligence in the beginning to find them out. I wish I had found this site or dug a little deeper than their hand selected testimonies on their website for references. I also noticed afterwards, that they have at least ten (10) complaints against them with the BBB as well. They have still promised to deliver something over the next few days, but I'm not expecting any better quality of service than they've already clearly displayed. I'm totally not satisfied witht their service. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I'm chocking this one up as a loss.
