In March of 2018 I ordered nail polish from them. They took the payment and gave me a tracking number. I haven't received my order and I've emailed them several times. Each time they have gotten back to me and told me it takes time from china.

This last time I asked them for a refund because it is May and I still have not received anything, they said they can't because the product has shipped. I have no proof of this because the tracking number they give you is from DHL and the DHL site tells you to contact the company. I hope there is a lawsuit or something against them. I see this has happened before.
