I bought a brand new F150 in last July. As with most vehicles some things go wrong and have to be fixed under the warranty. I've taken this vehicle to cutter service department eight times. However, four of the times were for manufactories problems the other four times were from the service departments carelessnes which I would find after leaving and have to take back to get that problems corrected. The last time I took my vehicle to have the quarter door adjusted because it leaked water. They took my vehicle to a body shop and said it does not leak anymore. I washed my vehicle and the same leak. I took it back, by this time I was used to having to take my vehicle back for the samething. They sent it back to the same body shop which could not correct problem this time, I was called by the Asst Svc Mgr Jeff Huang, I would need to use four fingers to close the door rather than one. This was not going to work for me. They finally decided to take the vehicle to another body shop who adjusted the door and I was told the leak was fixed. True to form I found the door was smashing the gasket which now had to be replaced and I also found new scratches which were not there when I dropped the vehicle off. Kale Kippen Svc Mgr decided they would not care off them and now I have a new vehicle with scratshed which were cause by Cutter. Horrible experiences with them, "They will not take care of you."
