I ordered a laptop from your company on 07/25/04. I was sent my Laptop I ordered from you in Aug of 2004. When I received the laptop I opened it up and turned it on and the one fan on the bottom was very noisy and loud and metal pieces were actually coming out of the bottom.

I called your company and complained about this problem I spoke To a Tech support personnel named Bobby. He in turn had another Tech support personnel call me back on this matter he listened to the noise that was coming from my laptop and said it was defective and I was to send it back.

He also said use it for awhile and see if the noise calms down. I in turn used it and then on Dec of 2004 I called your tech support people again and I not only talked to bobby again but also Eric,Andy Boda, and John as well I explained the problems I was encountering with this laptop I purchased from your company.

I hadn't had it but for 4 months and the fan was still noisy and then the laptop was freezing up on me constantly and the screen would go black for several hours and i was unable to connect because it did not recognize what to do.

I also had a problem with it overheating as well to the point it burnt my palm print and melted an indentation of it on top where processor is from so much heat along with the burnt marks. I told the technicians about this and they said send it back and we will send you brand new laptop because of this one having so many problems.

I later called and talked to the same technicians and was told they would not send me a brand new one but fix the problems on this one. They said they fixed the problems but when I received the laptop
back in Feb 2005.

I had it for 2 weeks and it starting doing what it had when I sent it back to be repaired by your tech support personnel. I then again had to send it back to be so called repaired again for the same problems as it had in the first place. I talked to andy Boda he said it was working fine. he saw no problem.

I told him as well as asked him about the speed he was running it on to test it and it was a very slow speed not even enough to generate any heat as you would when you actually use it by typing on it and so on. No wonder it wasn't showing any problems because it was not being tested at full speed as it is when you actually use it.

I them asked who made the laptops so I could get in touch with them and complain he said Unwell or Unwill There is no such place in CA. He said they make them and Cyber Power only services them and fixes them?

When I sent it back in Dec to be suposeably fixed again and when they sent it back to me in Feb the DVD drive was broken when I sent it to them it was fine and working. the burnt mark was just cleaned and the warped mark smoothed out. that was all that was done. the problems were not fixed apparently because i had to send it back again which I did in march of 2005.

This product I received is defective in every way and still has not worked properly. I paid 2047.00 for this laptop and have not received a quality product for this kind of money I paid for. I want a FULL REFUND OF THE $2047.00 I PAID FOR THIS DEFECTIVE LAPTOP. It has been in your shop trying to fix these problems and still is not working properly. your shop has had it more then i have to use it.

I also was told by your advertising on your website you could have this in many colors. I chose blue metallic. later called by your company and was told it
only had silver or black we have no colored ones, the website was wrong and they would be changing it. so far you are still advertising them in colors which
is misleading.

Also When I spoke to Andy Boda to get these problems fixed with my laptop he was very argumentative wwith me and said that when you have extras put in the laptop it will over heat and you will have problems because it is not designed to handle it?

Also I have heard one excuse after another and I'm tired of not getting any results on this matter. I told andy I was gonna report them to the BBB and consumers affairs which I have. He well if your gonna do that I will stop working on it and send it back to you as is? I'm tired of all the arguing and excuses and having to send it back constantly and still having the same problems with this laptop.

I JUST WANT MY FULL REFUND OF $2047.00 THAT I PAID FOR THIS LAPTOP. I HAVE BEEN SOLD A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I'M DISSATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMANCE ON IT AND STILL NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT.

I hope to hear back from you on this matter. as far as I know my laptop is still in your shop. I do not want it back I just want a certified check sent to me for the $2047.00.

I will be waiting to hear from you on this matter.
