I wish I had know about this website before ordering (2) toothbrushes from Cybersonic last fall. We were not please with the product and returned both almost 3 months ago. I am still waiting to be refunded $169.53. When I call I get a recording saying they are busy and to call back later, then I'm disconnected. Emailing isn't working either.

I do a lot of online shopping and it really leaves a "bad taste" when things like this happen.
