I ordered a toothbrush, after a year it stopped working. I called, they sold me an extended warrenty, and asked me to return the product. I did. Nothing happened (this was Dec '01) I called and was told a replacement was on the way (Jan '02) Nothing happened. Called again (Feb '02) was told it was on the way. Nothing.
