false promises ripoff fraud business i was promissed replacment brushes in the mail and didnt recieve them so all this time I called and was on hold.

I had this brush for a year now I was promissed new heads for it I had called several times and was told they where in the mail I never recieved them it is obvious i can not use the toothbrush any more so 100 dollars is down the drain I want a refund
