Cybersonic is a rip off

I ordered a cybersonic toothbrush system in December it is now Febuary and I have not gotten My toothbrush system yet. I have called several times you can not even get thru to the customer service. When I finally got thru I told them that I did not want the product anymore(this was in January)They informed me that they would credit my account and that they were sorry. Well that was in the middle of January they also ensured me that I would get my refund with in 10 days well I have not gotten anything. I called them again and the customer service rep said she see where the refund was requested but she does not know why I have not recieved it yet. I called them back today and I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 min to be told that the request was made foe my refund. this is very bad bussiness. and they are a rip off.
