I have ordered a Cybersonic Toothbrush kit from Cybersonic with the offer of lifetime toothbrush replacement that will be delivered every 3 months at the charge of $4.95 US. Since the last year I have been charged twice for nothing in August 09, 2001 and in January 31, 2002.
I called several times to the customer service after they didn't deliver replacement toothbrushes the first time in September-October 2001. I asked for refund and to cancel "delivery" service. As the result I didn't receive refund nor delivery cancellation and they charge me again in January 31, 2001 for delivery toothbrushes.
