i first had problems with cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk around a year ago. i purchased a sensory lightbulb costing £19.99,this was to help calm my daughter who has autism down as the christmas break was coming.it failed within 2 weeks.it took me months to get it returned,with the company he runs threatening to counterclaim and charge me £150 for mr edwards time.i posted this info on a popular wesbite which caught the attention of mr edwards.i received a barrage of emails from him demanding i remove the posts else he would sue for defamation.for the sake of my daughter i gave into his bribes.

about 12 months later i thought id give the company another chance.i ordered over £60 of sensory goods,they never arrived.i received limited communication from the company up until the day they could 'report the parcel missing',they lied to me and told me delivery was attempted when it wasn't

its not the first time mr edwards has been caught ripping off customers,he's previously been featured on watchdog under a different company name.he should not be allowed to run a company
