I responded to an ad that states they write articles that are affordable. I just started my business and needed web content and articles to promote my business. I waited patiently because it was a lot that I needed to have done.
A month went by, still no articles. I requested a full refund because I started looking for someone else to write the articles for me. To this date, I have yet to receive a refund. The refund would have helped me pay the new article writer which was waiting for me to receive the refund from Danielle K Davis of Seo Articles On Demand.
Each time I asked her for a refund, she states "I will refund your money on July 25th" well July 25th has come and gone. I asked for my refund again. She says, "The bank hasn't cashed my check". So I waited another week. and the same thing happened. I asked for my refund, she states," The bank hasn't cashed my check and I can't control what they do."
I quickly told her, that if she deposited a check on the weekend, it will be available no later than Tuesday, if it's an out of state check, no later than Friday. I also told her it doesn't take 2 weeks for a check to clear. She stated to me," My bank doesn't work that way." I told her banks works in the same fashion because I used to work for a bank.
She sent me an email telling me I have to accept paypal payment. I told her, I didn't pay you by paypal and because of a bad experience with Paypal, I do not use their service. I paid you $120 which you received the full amount, why would I use paypal and recieve less than what I paid you.
From that statement I made to her, she has not responded nor refunded my money. Today is August 12, 2009. I emailed her earlier today with no response.
So take heed of my experience, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I am in contact with an attorney to try and recoup my money plus have her pay all attorney fees, court fees and all damages.
She is a scam artist and I don't know how many people have been scammed by her. Her phone number is out of New York.

Ms. Kat Gessick was refunded the full amount of $120. Prior to receiving her refund, I was unable to complete her project by her deadline and she requested a refund. I cooresponded with her via email and kept her updated on the status of her refund via email. At the time, there was a problem with my account which delayed processing the refund.
Ms. Gessick was aware of this matter because I spoke with her on 07/31/2009, at 03:45pm Est ..she said, okay after I assured her that she would receive her refund a.s.a.p. Before ending the call, I once again apologized to Ms. Gessick for the inconvenience.
My goal is provide good customer service to all of my clients. Unfortunately, Ms. Gessick's project did not work out as planned. Finally, when my bank issue was rectified, I offered Ms. Gessick an alternative to receive her payment instantly through PayPal. However, she preferred not to be refunded through PayPal.
After I submitted Ms. Gessick's refund, I offered to complete her project at no charge to compensate for the loss of time.
