danielson law group loan modification scam draper, Utah

back in May 2012. i called a phone number on a card that we received about a loan modification. We spoke with someone by the name of Joseph Raedel who claimed to be a senior analyst we thought he was with danielson law group. come to find out he is with another company by the name of newstartcom. he send me and e-mail on all the information required to start or re-submit my modification as well as what it would cost for this modification. The amount he quoted was $3900.00. that is a lot of money to pay up front and we did not get any paperwork from this company confirming they submitted anything to our leander Chase... All we got was hearded like cattle. After we spoke w/ him he then refer me to a man by the name of Brett who asked some questions and then we spoke w/ Katie who we faxed in paperwork to.. after all this we then were assigned to person by the name of Carlie from (DLG). We were told we would next speak with the actual attorney assigned to our case. We never heard from this attorney What even made us more suspicious was on the bank statement were they took the first payment of $1300.00 it does not show their company name. this company alledges to have been in business since 2009. why is their website for information on the employee of this company sill under construction???. i think this company needs to be investigated. the only phone number is the 801 number and sometimes you call the number and it states you are not authorized.. what does that mean???.
