Best Buy of Bellevue WA. Lied about the expensive warranty conditions for my two galaxy s5 phones bellevue Washington

I bought two galaxy s5 phones with a Geek Squad extended warranty and was told by the phone representative that no other money was needed to fix the phone if damaged or stolen, NOT SO FAST, I had the phone for 28 days and I cracked the glass cover [ dropped out of holster] and with my receipt in hand went to the BELLEVUE BEST BUY and my not so new s5 to find out how they would replace the broken glass. I was told at the Geek Squad counter that they would send me a refurbished [used] phone to me and I could send them the original phone back to best buy, with one new undisclosed to me item. I would also have to pay 150.00 extra to complete the warranty transaction. Great I said the sails person did not inform me at the time of the sale that the four hundred dollar warranty had a $150.00 deductible!
I presented my situation to the store manager Danny and was told TOO BAD it was in the fine print of my contract,He was right! They did give me my warranty money back and broken phone. I after 15 years of doing business with the Bellevue BEST BUY WILL NOT BE BACK. Do research on any best buy warranties you purchase with any items at best buy they can not be trusted. TO BAD GOOD BYE!
