Danny's Family Car Wash Damage to my 2013 FIAT Tempe Arizona

I took my car (s) to this facility weekly, even took two cars for detailing before selling them for the 2013 Fiat 500 C. Since taking my previous cars i had no concern NOT to  take my Fiat. On Oct 28, 2013 at 2:03 pm I took my Fiat for a wash. When i pulled up there was a truck on the side and in front of me, my car was going to be vaccumed next.

I went inside to pay my bill, again no concerns always take my cars there...went outside to wait for it as i always do. Seeing several cars and TRUCKS come through but not my car, still waiting, now it is 10 .. 15 ...minutes and no car... just as i was ready to get up my Fiat comes out... placed in the back towards street for detail on drying... again no concern always took my cars there ... got in my car and went home.

When i got home mid evening and parked and went inside my home, i came back out and noticed on my car a black spot on the front bumper... IT WAS DENTED...like a hitch from a truck hit it.... i immediately got onto the corp site and sent an email informing them the situation and was coming back out the the following day. When i arrived the next day 10/29, Michael the manager was expecting me.  he viewed the car, took photos, as well as i had, he said corp would contact me. No calls from corp, i called next day and following and following same story, corp will call me.... never got a response.

I filed with my insurance company and corp for Danny's would not respond to them as well. The damage is $500.00 and this was their damage to my car. NO cameras at the vaccum station or entry or in the wash to know what the hell happen to my car. They never accepted responsibility, and have not responsed for a year now.
