There are tons of COMPLAINTS with DARRYL CUNNINGHAM of Sutton,MA. He has been under investigation for various fraud by Sutton Police Department Criminal Bureau of Investigation. It’s impossible to get him to schedule for work to start. He always has tons of excuses and will lie anything. Even if he starts, he does only very low level work. The professional I hired told me that the Plumbing he did was absolutely waist, they had to re-do all over again, costed me much more as they had to teardown what he did. The ceiling he started fell in few weeks, as it was never tied but just sitting on the rails. Had to get it re-done. He is a scam artist, he will lure you to give him deposit and then he runs away with your money (Never to show up) or if you push too much he will bring basic stuff to start the project and after few days or weeks stop returning your message and calls.

1)     Ask a copy of his Driver License. Keep a copy of it.

2)     Ask for his Contractor license. He says he is licensed. Ask him for the copy.

3)     He never pulls permit. He will keep telling you that he has contacts and will pull the permit but never does. Call your town.

4)     If he has done any work (if any) call the real professional (Plumber or electrician or a ceiling specialist, painter) to review his work. You will get a surprise of your life.

5)     If you are scammed by him, contact me. We are working with attorney to file a Lawsuit against him. Let’s put this to end and Jail him. 6)     Call your local town police also. File a Fraud charges against him.

You will pay much more to re-do the incomplete work he left. You will spend more hours in clean up his mess, You will find all sorts of problems and may have to start from scratch and all the money you paid him is gone in waist and you will end up paying more to remove his work and getting it re-done. No contractor will like to own his work and he knows that.
