I bought a contact list from one account executive. That member told me if any of the emails bounced that I would be redeemed with new ones in place of those. 

That member either quit or was fired and replaced with a new account executive. I reached out to the first AE and was responded to by the new one. Instead of offering to redeem those emails that bounced (which was about 90% of the total emails) he tried to up-sell me on a new discounted list. He also tried to tell me it was because i wasn't using a third-party application to send the initial emails, which was never brought up when purchasing the contact list. 

I tried to politely request a means of solving this issue and moving forward and was not offered any means of redeeming the bad emails or explanation as to why that condition of the contract wasn't being honored anymore.

They are scammers.
