I recieved a letter today from Davco Productions Research Center. It indicated that I have been hired as a Consumer Survey Specialists. All I have to do is deposit the check I received today for $4850.00 with instructions on how to disburse the money, with me keeping $300.00 for myself as "training".

The check looks very real. Its Not! I called First Federal Bank 405-416-2222, the bank that the check is drawn on. I spoke with customer service. Apparently, who ever is behind this scam has stolen banking information from one of their clients.

I also called the company. The call went to a fast busy - but then a private caller called me back. I was advised that Natalie is my supervisor and she would be in tomorrow.

The caller would not give me Natalie's last name.

Do not cash this check, do not get caught up in this scam.... it is a scam.
