David Morgan & Associates Harassing phone calls, threatening arrest Wintergreen Florida

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from a Sandra Wilson at the number 321 821.0017 belonging to Brevard County, Florida at David Morgan & Associates. She is claiming that I have defaulted on a payday loan and that I have several charges filed against me and if I don't sign an affidavit by 5 pm (each time she calls the deadline is 5pm) that I will be arrested. Apparently it was an account with US Bank, I've never had an account there.

I called the office and spoke to Charlie Jones (I am in disbelief since they are clearly from India). He proceeded to read off the charges, which I couldn't understand due to his thick accent, and read me my SSN. How do they have my SSN and what are they going to do with it? This has me concerned.

These people have been calling for the last 4 weeks, I have answered and hung up on them but they continue to call at least 20 times in a row. I went to my local police dept to file a police report but was advised to file a report through the Attorney General's office in the state of Florida. The local police can't do anything unless they've taken action. So, I filed the complaint and I plan on installing the application on my phone to block their number.
