David is listing properties on auction websites, Zillow, eBay, and other sources complete with pictures and descriptions that are not accurate representations of the actual properties.  For instance, the property he tried to sell me on eBay included pictures that must have been at least 5 years old.  The property is actually boarded up by the city, cited for violations, and even the owner is not permitted access to the property.  There are years worth of back taxes owed, even though when I messaged him asking about any encumberances, back taxes, etc. he indicated that there were none.  The garage he lists has been completely demolished and removed from the property.  The property is not in his name, and it appears all you are buying is a Quit Claim deed from him for the property even though he's not the registered owner.  That's useless.  He lists the same property on Zillow with the same inaccurate description and misleading pictures.
