I have been dealing with Davison since November/December of 2004. I had a great idea submitted, went through with all the costs to get my idea researched. The company was great at first, a lady named Shelby Lyons helped me out and was always in contact with me. Then back in April I sent in $1,000 for a disclosure fee to start the work on designing my project. Then once that was completed in the summer of 2005, they needed more money ($4,500) to keep the design process going.

As of mid July I have not heard back yet from them. I have called 6 times now and am very pi**ed off to say the least. I really wish now I would have looked into the company more. Does anyone out there know if there is a way I can get back the $6,000 plus I invested into the company? I really had high hopes and had a big dream this idea would go far. Now that I have heard this company is a scam I would like to recover all the costs if possible. I am barely scraping by now with all my debt, which includes some college student loans. I would love to hear from some people if they know how I can get back my money. Thanks for any help you can provide, I would appreciate it greatly.
