Miss Latina World 2008 sued Dawn Rochelle d/b/a Dawn Rochelle Productions in 2009 in Bexar County for fraud after she did not receive her $25,000 scholarship as promised. She won that lawsuit and then went to trial in May of 2014 in federal bankruptcy court, so she could prove the judgment was awarded to her because Dawn Rochelle committed fraud. In July of 2014 she won that case too. These two court cases are all public. 

Yes!!! I was talking about a showroom. You have proven my case. Casino would no take liability for Teens going in a gambling, but Parents would. Oh! So explain how do parents stay in a Casino Hotel with their children? How about the shopping stores inside a Casino? Is a special event just like the Marine Ball. They have their event in Las Vegas there's a lot of Military who are underage and they still do events in a showroom inside a Casino can you explain me that? Or how about the Convention Center? It was crossing the street from the hotel we where all staying at? Oh! Can afford that? It's a World Pageant you would think since they have sponsors such as Univision, Telemundo, G-Unit, Coca Cola and much more!!!!

Casinos have a rule that does not allow teens in the gambling area. Yes I suppose the pageant could have been in one of the showrooms which would have allowed the teens to be there, but then the casino is taken the liabilty of the teens going into the gambling area. I think it makes sense for a TEEN pageant to not be in a casino. or were you just hoping you would be able to gamble while your daughter was not on stage?

Oh! don't be pathetic!!! It was in Las Vegas!!! not in Milwakee for it to be in a Community College. Be smart when reading it is obvious that your trying to defend the Miss Latina World Scam Pagent!!

As a Parent of one of the Miss Teen, very disappointed with the Miss Latina World Pangent, Yes!!! World Pageant. There was no publicity only around 20 people which also includes the judges and it was in a Community College yes!!! your heard me right, I would think it would be in a nice Casino since it took place in Las Vegas, Nv. Scarified my job to travel and pay expenses of this "Miss Teen Latina World" to see my daughter in a pageant that I could of done a much better job since they did not took the girls for sightseeing or received beauty pageant seminars only a runway seminar for the pageant nor they received they Miss Latina World Shirt or sponsors gifts. The Miss Teen Latina pageant was not organized at all. MISS LATI NA TEEN IS NOT A PAGENT!!!
