Day's Inn Misrepresented their ongoing renovations and provided an unsafe environement. Internet

Me and my wife wanted a nice night in Nashville TN by soaking up some music and good food.  We went to check into our hotel (Days Inn at the Stadium) and were greeted with some interesting accommodations.

When my wife reserved the room, we were informed that the pool and buisness center were under renovation, which wasnt a big deal since we required neither for our stay.  Upon walking up to the building itself, there were holes in the building with re-bar hanging out.  When we walked in, the entire place was plastic sheeted off with quite a bit of construction dust.  All of which we were not terribly concerned with.

We should of walked out when we seen a couple walk out saying they couldn't stay there.  Instead we gave them the benefit of the doubt since they said the rooms were finished renovation.

We got into the elevator, not really paying attention and got to our floor.  The walls were completely bare, only primer, the room numbers were written in magic marker on the walls.

Went down to our room and walked into a bed leaning to it's site, with a pee pad on it, with no bottom sheet whatsoever.

It was then my wife called down to the front desk (Brittany), informed her we wouldn't be staying.  To which they let her know they will not refund our money.  They would not let us speak to a manager either.  So we submitted  a dispute to our Credit Card.

On the way out we took pictures of bare electrical wires hanging down the wall, bare wires where smoke detectors should be, and the completely disgusting elevator with dead bugs in the light and ripped up carpet. 

They told us only the pool and business center were under renovation.  They completely misrepresented themselves considering the conditions.  I can't see anyone putting up customers in such terrible conditions.
