Oh my god after i called and cancelled on the 30/11/09, Sup*smilebright and Sup*Worldlift (never heard of them) have taken a total of $111.06 from my account. The hurtful part of this sorid matter is I never recieved any products apart from the so called free trail pen so I am not even sure what the money is for. To make matters worst i rang dazzle smile three time and got no where which cost me huge amount of money because i had to call from a UK mobile phone.....I have written to the FTC and have been collating all information/paperwork because i think I am going to need a lawyer. So far they have take a total of $213.58 from my account.....my bank and i are working on this too.

Well well after numerous phone calls which I am sure is going to cost me an arm and a leg (calls from UK mobile) I finally got through to several people, the first who was rude and hang up on me. The other three I must say was superb and had excellent customer service skills. Long and short is I got them to refund the charges to my account and received an email to confirm that the monies will be transferred to my a/c within the next 6 days. I also received instructions in the email on what to do if I haven't been credited within the next 2 weeks. I also had the opportunity during the same phone call to cancel all membership from other leeches and received email from them confirming cancellation and a cancellation numbers. I have collated so much paperwork on these people my paper trail is looking good.......Called my bank straight away and discuss the matter at hand we are waiting until the period they gave me is expired and if nothing happens then its legal proceedings.....I'm keeping my fingers X

Still haven't received any additional products and money is still being taken from my account. I phoned the number that was given to me and the only reply I got was, they are receiving hugh numbers of calls and my call will be answered in the manner it was received. I called 12/12/09 and waited 23 mins before I hang up....I called later that same day and got the same message and waited 31mins then  hang up. I have no way of contacting these crooks or getting my money back......I was surfing the net and they are still advertising their free sample all over the place....can someone not put a stop to these scammers.......I hope to god they are exposed.
