After reading a "weblink" for this product, the free trial looked interesting (but more importantly gullible)!! I was sucked in big time and goes completely against my usual judgement. Sadly, I clicked and proceeded to purchase without reading the small print in it's entirety.
If you order the free trial, you have 14 days to try the product but the problem begins when you try to cancel the subscription. They will not cancel it until you have returned the "free trial sample" which must reach them within the 14 days. You have no way of knowing when it will be received, as it is not signed for, and from what I can see on other pages on the internet, they charge the subscription fees almost immediately and before the trial period is over. Also, when you "buy" the 14 day trial unknowingly they automatically sign you up to www.worldclubfitness.com  and www.weightlossresourcesmembership.com  for which you are also charged subscription fees.
Trying to cancel the product (even before it has been received & the free trial has ended) if you live in the UK is a nightmare. There is no email address to contact them, you have to go on to the live "chat" with a representative, who's automated responses are very limited and uninformative and they just give you a phone number for their UK office (who you must contact to arrange for the return of the item), as well as two phone numbers for each of the two subscriptions above. The office is not a UK based office, as they only operate on MST time and not UK time. They are insistent that upon the expiry of the 14 day free trial (which they say doesn't start until after you have received the item) you will be charged - and this is where the SCAM is - the full initial price of $79.95 even though you have requested that your subscription be cancelled.
I ordered mine, saw the additional charges, and immediately contacted them but they insisted it had already been despatched even though it was Sunday in the UK and within 10 minutes of completing the order.
What alterted me to the other "small print" was that the initial postal charge suddenly increased on the check out. I have had numerous chats with them online and the upshot is that they have now cancelled all 3 subscriptions and given me a UK telephone number (which I could get off their internet page anyway) but as it is only available on MST time which is -7 hrs from the UK, I have no idea when I can get to speak to them.
I am planning to phone them tomorrow to try and obtain the "return" address but if not I will be returning it to their USA postal address. As long as I have "proof of posting" that will be accepted by my credit card company. This company operates under the umbrella of Farend Services Limited and are actually based in Cyprus with their USA office being a postal box no. I see that there are also lots of other companies registered under this umbrella company as well, all of which seem to be based around teeth whitening services or diets.
I have reported this matter to my Credit Card company, advising them that I have only authorised the initial payment of $11.90 and that no further debits on my account have been authorised by me and are fraudulent. My credit card company advised me to keep a full log of any conversations as well as the transaction itself, which I have done. My credit card company cannot "stop" the payments going through, however, as long as I return the item, with proof of posting within the 14 day period, I can then provide this information to my credit card company, and then commence a "chargeback" process to refund any debits.
To assist me with my case, I copied the order to a Word document (as it doesn't give you the option to print it as a normal webpage would when placing an order) and I also copied all of my chat conversations to the same document. I also never received a confirmatory email after the placing of my order although, after having a very heated conversation with their chat representative, I have now had emails confirming cancellation of all three subscriptions. Even though I have had these, I fear that they will still try and debit my credit card for some initial subscription fees, all of which I will be challenging via my credit card fraud helpline.
This whole situation is very bad, and I am angry at myself for getting sucked in. I have tried sending an email to them requesting the removal of my personal data from their records but unsurprisingly it "bounced back" as unknown recipient!! There is no fax number on their website and the one email address on it privacy@dazzlesmilepro.com isn't a valid email address. I will update this report more once I have spoken to their UK customer helpline tomorrow when I try to get their return address!!

worldClubFitness.com should be stopped and punished for stealing money from people

AUTHOR: Qi - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, November 21, 2009

I got the similar situation.

One day I am out of my mind and place an trial order for the DazzelWhite (because I saw its advertise from SchoolNotes.com, a website I trusts it for my kids school communication).

I came to my sense right away and cancel the trial and returned all the trial with a post office delivery confirmation.  I thought that's the end of story until I got my credit card bill, and I found out that an unknow merchant charged me $24.82.  So I called the number of that merchant and asked what the company name and what products they are selling, then I learned first time that a Website called WorldClubFitness.com has my credit card information, which came from DazzleWhite and insist that I ordered the so-call "membership".  It "mercery" enough to let me cancel the "membership" I never know before, but it will not give my money back.  I end up calling my credit card company to close my account.

To me, this is not only a scam or rip-off anymore, it is a robbery.  It's a company try to steal money from people.  It should be stopped.

Hi,  the contact details for the worldclubfitness and weightlossresources is:

For world club fitness, can you this please call toll free # from UK 0-808-120-2346. They will assist you much better in this regard. (6 AM - 9 PM MST). Paige: For weight losse bookmembership, can you this please call toll free # from UK 0-800-047-0192 . They will assist you much better in this regard (6 AM - 9 PM MST).

MST is their time in the USA so you need to ring them at approx 2pm BST to get them in the morning!!

This information was given to me by their customer services helpdesk operator but because I was insistent that any payments for these subscriptions (as I had clicked NO) would be fraudulent and reported to my CC company, she immediately cancelled all subscriptions there and then.  Within 5 mins I had an email from all 3 companies cancelling my subscriptions stating no further payments would be made.  My CC is still on hold to ensure no debits are requested from this company.

In response to "Gemma's" reply from Dazzle White, the information you have given is not much use as I have already returned the product (the day it was received) to a UK address and no such refund has been received.  I have therefore accepted my small loss of $11.90 and I would never ever recommend your product/customer service or company to anyone EVER.

Phone call to cancel subscription/return of package

AUTHOR: MAW - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, August 31, 2009

Amazingly, I managed to get through on the "toll free" UK tel no 0-808-120-1987 after waiting approx. 4 mins to speak to an operator.  I telephoned at 14.28pm which seems to be about the time they have just opened!!

I informed the operator that I wanted to return the package immediately upon receipt, gave her my contact details ie. Name/tel no etc and she gave me a reference number that I need to put on the outside of the package I am returning. She confirmed it needs to be sent back to a UK address, the details of which will be sent to my email address (the one that I used to get the free trial!).  I also asked her to confirm that once my returned package is received, my account will be cancelled immediately and she said yes maam, that is correct.

I checked my email and I had indeed received an email from an "unknown sender" which had the following details:

Return Instructions As per your request for Return Instructions. Please follow the Instructions below exactly as outlined when returning your product to ensure proper handling of refund. Make sure to select the return address for the applicable Country you live in..

1. Always make sure the product you are returning is within the 60 day Money Back Guarantee time.

2. Clearly mark your Original Order ID number on the outside of the package being returned.

3. Ask to insure the package against loss.

4. Always ask for a Return Tracking number. Keep this in safe spot for future reference if needed.

5. Address the package to the appropriate address. T

his is based on where you live.

Return Address for United States of America: DazzleSmile USA PO Box 10276 Des Moines, IA 50381

Return Address for Canada DazzleSmile CANADA 1725 McPherson Court Pickering, Ontario Canada L1W3H9

Return Address for AUSTRALIA DazzleSmile AUSTRALIA PO Box 4440 Milperra, BC NSW 1891

Return Address for NEW ZEALAND DazzleSmile NEW ZEALAND PO Box 210014 Laurence Stevens Drive, Manukau 2154

Return Address for UK DazzleSmile UNITED KINGDOM BTB Mailflight Ltd., Unit 2B Viking Ind Est., Hudson Road, Bedford MK41 OQB

The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and processing the product back into our Warehouse.

The reference code they give you is actually the "order no" so you don't actually need to phone them at all if you have it, you just quote your order reference number (which they don't even email you when you have placed the order) and which their "chat" assistant could have given in any case.

As soon as my package is received, it will returned immediately by recorded delivery post which gives a full "tracking no" via the Royal Mail website.

If you have placed an order and feel "duped" into a subscription service and/or services, then please use this information to cancel your subscription(s).

Also, dont forget to ensure prompt return of the unopened package as soon as it is received.  That way I think you will have a better chance of preventing any further financial loss.

I hope this information is of help to someone else. I will update this again on (a) if I actually receive the package and (b) once I have returned it.
