I purchased the DazzleWhite and VibrantWhite products which were advertised at the bottom of the MSN.com page, under Advertisements, stating: Cure yellow teeth; Moms secret trick. I received the products, noticed the DazzleWhite product was simply Hydrogen Peroxide, and the VibrantWhite product was a Carbamide Peroxide gel that goes into a tray and noticed the product states that there are risks involved, and being someone with sensitive gums I decided I should not use this product.
Wanting to cancel, I called the Customer Support # and it was not a working #. So I typed Vibrant White and Dazzle White into google to try and find a number and what I found were multiple sites calling these companies a scam. I found a # that actually worked and called to try and cancel. The rep I spoke with told me that I had not cancelled within the 15 days. Apparently they start counting from the time of purchase NOT from the time the product is received. So they said they were still going to charge my credit card $88.97, even though I had not received the product for about ten days after I ordered it, and they said that it was stated in the fine print when I ordered. The rep did not want to argue the point and I gave up thinking this will be a lesson to me not to order anything online again.
BUT I just looked at the date on the package and it shows 21Aug09 and funny thing, the date on the bill for the $88.97 was posted the SAME DAY that the package was sent. The free trial period is a complete falsehood, a lie, a scam.
My next months credit card statement came and not only was there an $88.97 from VibrantWhitening but there were two other charges on my credit card bill that I did not recognize. One was a $6.95 charge from a VH ACCESS and the other was from ultifreshwell for $79.28. I called the number for VH ACCESS and the lady that answered I asked for my name and when she could not find it she asked for my email address. While she was looking up info on me I said, You did not say the name of your company. Can you tell me what company this is and what product I received from you? She told me that she was merely a call center handling calls for VH Access and that it was a program I was
