Dealer Car Search Keeps charging credit card after cancellation Louisville, Kentucky

Dealer Car Serach provides a platform for auto inventory marketing, whereas potential customers can go to a website to fill out a credit application. Dealer Car Serach hosts and controls this website, the cost of which is $250 per month. It turns out that most website visitors were unable to enter their application due to a programming error. Upon submission, applicants are to enter a series of letters or numbers from an image, to prevent spam submissions, however unfortunately this captcha did not work and applicants could not apply. The manager of my business contacted Dealer Car Serach three months ago to make them aware of this isse however it was never fixed. This matter was brought to my attention and I spoke with a manger and tech support at Dealer Car Search, early last week. I requested to cancel the service at that time, and they agreed to cancel. I then did granted them access to view my computer desktop remotely to see the issue. The issue was confirmed, they had no reasoning as to why it was happeneing or solution to fix it. He said that they actually use Google captcha. I reconfirmed that they were cancelling. Now, this week we are charged again. I just spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager at adealer Dealer Car Search and he said that we had to give 15 day notice to cancel. Not only should I have not been charged this week, for service that was already cancelled, they should have fixed the issue months ago. I have spent $1,000 with them since the issue was reported and thousands more on advertising that was wasted.
