Dealer Car Search Product Does Not Work, In Breach Of Contract, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Nationwide

Does not deliver. This has got to be one of these worst companies, entities I have ever done business with in the automotive industry. Having been in the business for 12+ years, this is saying A LOT. It is companies like these that give the automotive business such a poor repuatition. Their websites are all template based and not personable. They promise to load your inventory to third party sites that don't even do business with them. Their customer service is rarely ever available and do not do the work as delegated by their customers. Try cancelling service with them... its near impossoble and they will continue to charge me $300/month for a product that doesn't work, that they didn't sell us on and that I no longer want.
