Dealer funding I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima in June of 2015. t Atlanta Georgia

  I was supposed to sign a contract for 2 years and later find out that I was ind a 4 year contract with payments of 368.00. I think they had me read one contract then had me sign another at the car dealership. Those guys was that slick. I couldn't choose the car I wanted I had to take the car they gave me. The car they gave me had been wrecked or flooded. The time on the car was broken up and scuffed. For the past three months dealer funding have been sending me bills with no due date or ending principal balance. I calked them and they told me they didn't know what that was happening and they would request to have the bill fixed last month and I get a bill this month and the same thing is happening. Something illegal is definitely going on. I need some legal help bad.

Something us not right with this company! They are over charging people and trying to cover it up. They need to pay people the money back that they are taking.
