I ordered a passport wallet, case #00687980, I ordered it in April and it is now June and I still have not received it. The customer service reply continually says: Sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. We will contact the vendor and we will email you the reply. I still have not received the item and I have not been reimbursed for the item. All I want is the item and to date nothing. I am single, I am retired living on social security and very little money and this hurts.
