My offer was bought on July 22, 2013.  At that time, according to the countdown clock, there were 12 hours left before the offer closed.  According to the deal, I could expect the shipment 4-6 weeks later.  When the item did not arrive, I contacted them. It took them an extended period of time to respond and the person who responded was not at all helpful by email.  At that time they told me that the offer had not endede and that I should wait until August 22 to start counting the time for shipment.   When 4-6 weeks after THAT passed, I attempted to contact them again.  This time no one responded at all.  I sent several emails.  Some time later, I got an email inquiring if I had had a problem with my order and to respond if I had.  I did so, and was once again ignored.  I tried to call them and the phone rings and rings.  No one picks up.  Even if I get my money back (which I doubt) they will still be cheating me because the order included a credit applied for a previous order that was not received (that email they actually did respond to, but never told me that the seller had discontinued the item--I had to initiate the inquiry).  These people are cheats, frauds, thieves.  That 4-6 week "window" is designed to circumvent the remedies one might have to get a refund from a credit card company.    P.S.  Don't pay with paypal on their site either, as they cannot recover a charge in this type of site.
