DealTree.com wont give final paycheck and wont respond to any emails after both parties agreed Mckinney Texas

let me make this short and sweet.

I used to be an Employee at dealtree.com until 5/10/2007. which I was fired from there employment which is really no big deal since I really considered that company really being a joke after 2 months of employment and seeing how they treat their employees. now my issue was that when they fired me on the date i mentioned i requested that I need to get my Final paycheck from them and the supervisor stated he would let the warehouse manager know and have him give me a call and i said yes no problem and signed off with the paper work. now this gets very interesting on may 15 of 2007 thats when the employees get paid which i knew i can go there and get it but with all the companies I have worked with always mailed your final check no problems whats so ever. but this company wanted me to drive 45 minutes to mckinney and possibly wait 1 to 2 hours if the manager was not there since i have seen other employees come and get their checks and he was not there at all. 2. the manager according to the email convo we had he wanted me to come and sign off for it and so for and i told him i cannot cause it will take me 45 minutes to come 20.00 in gas and 45 minutes to get to my final destination. and i even asked if he could go to the post office and send it registered with a signature confirmation and he told he he cannot this is his acual response to me thrue email with some info left out but enough to give you an Idea

Dont know if you got the answer befor with the reply I said first class postage and it takes a day for me to receive it
