Dear lady Rude customer service/tell you one thing or another Internet

I cancelled my order on a Tuesday and was told it was gonna take 2-3 business days, so on Friday morning I decided to call. I called and was told that the money vein already released to my account and to contact my bank(which I did). I called my bank (chase) and was told there was no refunds or anything pending in my account. So I called dear lady back and was sent to the customer service vm but I tried again and other same lady picked up. When I told her what happened she tells me there is nothing they can do on their part because the funds where released on Wednesday and it would be there on Monday. So when I told her I was told 2 different things she became annoyed and had an attitude so I asked her why was she becoming frustrated she got sassy and tried to tell me off. Yes I cancelled my order but I'm sure everyone has had to do that once due to a bill or an emergency. Don't bother ordering from them although I read the reviews and saw some good some bad I decided to take a chance and spent close to $90 & I will never do it again. I rather spend full price than deal with a place that has terrible customer service. Mind you when I asked for the ladies name she never gave it to me and replied "are you kidding me". By Monday if I don't receive my refund I will be contacting the Better Business Buearu. Please don't waste your time or $$!!!
