Deb Byes Sad excuse for a person portland , Oregon

I am not sure who the people are that are filing these false allegations about Pro Books and Consulting but they are wrong.  I have known Deb Byes for over 12 years.  I have used her services personally and I have referred her to my clients.  There has not been one complaint by anyone in the twelve years I have known her.  She is one of the most honest people I know.  When I went through a tax audit she sat down with me immediately and referred me to a CPA with the same high standards she uses in her business.  In the end, I came out with a tax return!  She and the CPA worked together to ammend prior year taxes and saved me money!  Thank God for the audit! 

I do not believe any of the false allegations on this site.  I also think it is wrong that anyone can write allegations on a site without any proof.

I believe this report was filed by a company in Beaverton (Scholls Ferry Rd) that not only had to refund money that I paid for laser services ($6000) that were not delivered, but paid me 3 times the amount I spent just so I would not go to the media. I am happy to show anyone the emails and legal documents as well as a copy of the check I received from this company, upon request.

These people have never used my services and know nothing about my work.  I have an outstanding reputation in Portland and work with many many CPA's in the area.  I highly doubt they would be referring their clients to me if the things written about me were true statements.  

They also wrote a similar complaints about a friend of mine (Bonnie Maxwell-Santiago) who experienced the same thing with this company as I did and this company is trying to use this site and others to ruin her reputation!  They even went as far as trying to tarnish her company but guess what, she doesn't even have a company.......google Bonnie Maxwell-Santiago and see what you get......the same kind of slander that they are writing about me.  Can anyone connect the dots?????

It's a shame people use sites like this maliciously and for retaliation!  I find it very odd that these bogus complaints were written anonymously and do not even list my address correctly on their complaints!  Hahaha none of these addresses even exist in Portland, OR Check these out!  Hahaha, what a bunch of idiots.

The owner and his wife should be ashamed of themselves.  Just because they have over 30 complaints with the BBB and are being investigated by Oregon Health Licensing Assoc. for other complaints and violations, they are trying to re-coup their reputation by ruining others.  Shame on you!!!!!!!!! They have attacked my name, Deb Byes, the reputation of my company, Pro Books & Consulting and even attacked my daughter, Rose Ancharski on every complaint site imaginable.  They are using these sites maliciously and in retaliation.

I WILL NOT GET INTO A SLANDER WAR WITH THIS BEAVERTON COMPANY.  I WILL INVESTIGATE WHERE ALL THESE BOGUS POSTS ARE COMING FROM AND I WILL PROSECUTE FOR SLANDER AND FRAUD.
