I received a bill for $1600 from Debt Recovery for a Verizon bill. When I asked for proof they sent me a bill for a Bronx phone number.

This is impossible for 2 obvious reasons- first I never lived in the Bronx- second and more importantly during the time of the bill I was in jail- how can I have a phone
Thes people are crooks I have filed a complaint with the NY State Attorney General
