Debticated Consumer Counseling Rip off I sent payment to them they didn't get it to my credit cards in worse shape now Huntington New York

Due to them not filling the proposal forms correctly, my proposal was not accepted until months later! I kept receiving letters from my credit card company, and I would follow through to see what was going on and they always filled the forms wrong or left their company number out.

All this time I was sending a payment, and my late fees and balance kept adding up and all they could say was once the proposal was accepted those late charges would be added to the balance! I went over my credit card limit by $100.00 of dollars which i have to pay due to their negligence. They did not follow through to check if my credit card company received the forms correctly. On three different occasions they did not fill out the form.

I was doing okay with pay my balances and I wanted to consolidate my credit cards and pay them off quickly, and I ended up worst off than what I started with this account.
