Debticated Consumer Counseling They said they would help in 2 years and its been over 5 years and nothing still paying Huntington, New York

I contacted Debticated in the spring of 2002, to help with a Visa card debt. They said they would do a 2year fixed 5% intrest rate to pay off the intrest that had accrued on the card and get me back on track with the card company. But I still kept getting the bill from the card company. I called debticated and told them and they kept telling me not to worry that was just the way the system works and it is o.k.. now 5 years later they are still sending me bill that are no ajusted from the payment from debticated and debticated is still directly taking 189.00 out of my account once a month and I can not reach anybody at debticated. This is insane and totaly insane. I need help very badly. I google Debticated and all I get is very, very bad info on them and no web site to reach them. Now i have found you and one other place that say they can help. the other place or site is Legalmarketingltd. I have an open caes with them since 03/27/07 but I have yet to hear from them and they said I would hear from someone within 7 days, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Its been since 3/27/07 since I file the complaint with them. Please help me.
