Sandra Faye Johnson of Orlando/Kissimee Florida has HUGE credibility issue here on ripoff report when it comes to posting complaints about Michael and Dee (Diane) Gerrish of Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel (Cleveland NC).

She pretends to be Kawinomad of Orlando;  Sandra of Orlando;  Disgusted of Orlando and whatever other name she decided to post under on this website.  The message is the same....just names and area has changed.  What ever friend or foe she can get to help her with the smear campaign,  the intent has the same affect both on and off the internet.  Aggravated harassment and
and to ruin the reputation of both Michael and Dee Gerrish as private breeders in Cleveland North Carolina.

I am attaching an incident report from the Orange County Sheriff's department that clears the name of Michael Gerrish of Cleveland North Carolina.  He did NOT ever go down to the home of Sandra Faye Johnson to "stalk" her.   My mother was put into a nursing home by Sandra Faye Johnson and my mother asked to be picked up and to be brought to our home here in North Carolina when I spoke to her by telephone.

I do not have to EVER have Sandra Faye Johnson's permission to have contact with;  speak with or to visit with my own mother.   Sandra Johnson has NEVER been my mother's legal guardian.  She merely has a durable power of attorney.   The incident report clearly states the call was a third party call and that I am the individual whom contacted their office requesting assistance prior to my husband arriving AT her home.  The report clearly states Sandra Johnson refused to allow my mother to leave her home and that was why I asked for assistance and that the reason for my call was that Sandra Johnson removed my mother from a nursing home and took my mother to Sandra Johnson's home in Orlando to prevent my husband from allowing my mother to come to our home in North Carolina.

There was NO stalking going on.   The posting on ROR by Sandra Johnson  aka Kawinomad of Orlando aka Sandra of Orlando was deliberate intention of character assassination and for the purpose of harassment.   Her "complaint"  was deliberately posted to cause harm to us as private breeders and to give the general internet audience the impression that we are unscrupulous breeders whom people should not do business with.    Every posting by Sandra Johnson placed upon this website has been placed here for the same exact purpose which is why I am obtaining legal documentation to PROVE this individual has a habitual credibility issue.  None of her "complaints"  upon this website are with merit.  Every single "complaint"  she has posted upon this website has been directly aimed and directed at both Michael and Dee Gerrish of Cleveland North Carolina for the purpose of malicious,  aggravated  harassment and with the intention of causing feesable harm to us as private breeders and  individuals.

Sandra Johnson of Orlando Florida has a huge credibility issue with regards to the complaints she has been posting upon this website.   Nearly every complaint posted about Michael and Dee (Diane)  Gerrish of GOldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennels  has been posted on this website by Sandra Faye Johnson of Orlando Florida.   They have just beeen placed upon this website under multiple assumed identities,  claiming to be from various other areas.

Sandra Faye Johnson has been claiming to be a "victim"  when in fact  she has been the one doing all of the harassing and stalking.    On May 16th,  2011  I was able to obtain a temporary restraining order against her in Rowan County until I go back to court in June.  It is my hope that I am able to then obtain a more permanent restraining order against her so that it stops this type of nonsense.

I received supporting evidence from  the Orlando Sheriff's records department proving that my husband did NOT go to Sandra Faye Johnson's Orlando home to "stalk"  her NOR did she EVER make any such call to the Orange County sheriff's department to report stalking or make any type of "incident" report.

In fact,  Sandra Faye Johnson has a HUGE credibility issue about many things.  The woman does nothing BUT fabricate whom she is over the internet;  she went  to great lengths to exaggerate stories about Mike and Dee Gerrish as breeders;  She fabricated whom she was in order to obtain information about Mike and Dee Gerrish  to the Rowan Tax assessor's office (including creating a fabricated email account) and then posted the information right here upon this website under yet another assumed identity;  She had her boyfriend call the home of Mike and Dee Gerrish so that he could threaten the life of Dee Gerrish and then she blogged about it and laughed about it...believing it was funny.

On May 16th,  2011  Sandra Faye Johnson hired an attorney to tell a Rowan County judge that she had "no connection" within the state of North Carolina  yet she has THREE connections within the state of North Carolina and has been harassing at least TWO of them all over the internet for five years quite substantially !!

The attached Orange County Sheriff's incident report shows that I am the individual whom called from my North Carolina home BEFORE my husband arrived at Sandra Faye Johnson's Orlando home and that my husband went to her home because Sandra Johnson had placed my mother in a nursing home;  had picked up my mother from the nursing home and had taken my mother to her house  (Sandra's house) and refused to let my mother come to our home here in North Carolina  (even though Sandra Johnson is NOT my mother's legal guardian.  She is only merely a POA.  A POA is nothing but a legal paper weight that pays the bills and maintains someone's property for another if they can't do it for themselves.)

My mother told me the day before my husband had driven down to Savannah Courts in St. Cloud Florida (the nursing home)  to pick my mother up...that she wanted to come to our home.  The incident report that I have attached clearly states that the call coming into their department was a "Third party call" and that I  (Diane Gerrish)  am the caller and it lists MY telephone number and says the call came in from North Carolina.

I asked their department to do what is called a "stand-by".   That means I requested assistance from their department BEFORE my husband arrived at Sandra Johnson's home because she picked up my mother from the nursing home ONE HOUR before my husband had arrived and she did it deliberately to prevent my mother from coming to our home here in North Carolina so that my mother could not come to our home to spend time with us.  This was malicious on her part and her actions were deliberate.

There was no reason for her to prevent my mother from coming to our home.  Sandra Faye Johnson is not a legal guardian of my mother.   My mother is an adult.   I do NOT have to call ahead of time to "discuss"  anything with Sandra Johnson regarding having visits with my mother or to pick up my mother or even to have contact with my mother.   I don't even know why Sandra Johnson believes that her POA gives her this type of power over my mother or whom told her that a POA gives her this type of power.  There is no durable power of attorney that gives another human being this type of power over another.   When my mother asked me if I would pick her up at the nursing home  and I said I would,  Sandra Johnson had no right to interfere with my mother's rights to leave the nursing home and come to my home.

The incident report clearly states that the reason I called their department and requested assistance was because my "sister"  picked up my mother from the nursing home;  took my mother to her home and refused to let her leave.  It also states my husband parked his car in front of her home.   He did NOT hide his car.  She didn't call their department.   I did.  I called their department from the state of North Carolina to prevent a problem for my husband because I knew why she drove to the nursing home to get my mother and take my mother to Orlando.

With regards to her copying my blogs to her computer,  she has done that for five years.  "Saving them to her computer".   As a matter of fact,   she copied all of my content including my photos and she has taken my own content,   turned around and  republished my content AFTER taking the content OUT of context...or taking snippets of my content OUT of context to put her spin on what she believes my content meant when in fact,  that is not what the content meant at all.

Sandra Faye Johnson  spent five years harassing both Dee (Diane) and Michael Gerrish on and off the internet and then after google caches HER garbage on the internet...she deletes her content and accounts...then goes on her merry way as though nothing has happened.  Good for her.   It must be nice to pretend nothing has happened while she leaves a trail of destruction for the Gerrish family  while she lives her life down there in Florida as though nothing at all has happened here in North Carolina.    Right now she still has twitter accounts under multiple fabricated user names  as well as multiple other accounts on other websites and forums,  that still target Goldendoodle World/Lake Ridge Kennel and the Gerrish family and she knows that. 

On May 16,  2011 she laughed in the face of the Rowan County court system by tweeting on twitter that  she was in St. Augustine riding her motorcycle with friends,  having a "good time"  when she was suppose to appear that day in court answering to my restraining order against her!  What did she do ?  She hired an attorney who had no clue what the hell was going on...to stand in front of the judge FOR her.  All the time she was out laughing it up with her friends knowing she was suppose to be in court.  She had the audacity to post that tweet  on her account under "getitwhileucan2"  .   The woman has no shame !

One day,   Sandra Faye Johnson has to answer to a higher court and she won't be laughing then.  She won't be able to run and she won't be able to hide.  When she meets her "maker"  and the end of the road comes...which for all of us,  it eventually does....  she has to answer for all of her misdeeds.   Who will be laughing then ?

No one is slandering her.  Court documents don't lie.  Here is a lien against my mother's home because Sandra Johnson can not manage my mother's bills.  She creates bills in my mother's name and even though she's a POA...she fails to pay the bills.  She has placed my mother's home in jeapordy by mismanaging my mother's money and failing as my mother's acting agent.

Sandra Johnson is a liar about family members not asking about my mother.  Sandra Johnson sent everyone letters telling all of us that we will never see our mother's face alive and she even told us that if our mother died,  she was never even going to tell us.  She went so far as to say in the letter and email that she wasn't even going to let us attend my mother's funeral if my mother died.

Sandra Johnson claims she goes to church and reads the bible!  what has she been reading,  the Gospel according to St. b*****d?

1.  You say you have no close relationship and you have not seen me in 20 years.  Where did you get my photos ?  How did you obtain them ?  My personal images were only posted inside of my albums on my facebook account and I know for a fact I never allowed you to be my friend on facebook.  You obviously created a fake account using a fake photo and pretended to be someone you were not simply as a mean of copying my images.

The OLD images you have copies from years ago were stolen by you when they were on my photobucket account.  You didn't have permission to copy those images either.


2.  You say in all of your complaints posted here on ROR that you have had no contact with me and that none of your siblings.... especially ME... wants nothing to do with you.  YET,  I am stalking you ? How can I possibly STALK YOU if I am not contacting you and you have not SEEN me in 20 years  ?  What am I doing,   creating a clone and becoming invisible to hang out next to your house ?  And you call ME paranoid  and mentally ill ???  I think you need new medication!

3.  You say I was never a part of your life.  So WHY ARE YOU POSTING MY PERSONAL PHOTOS INSIDE OF YOUR FICTITIOUS COMPLAINTS ?  Why are you complaining about my dog business and why won't YOU get out of my dog business when YOU have NEVER been a customer and YOU have NEVER purchased one single dog of mine ???  Why are YOU complaining on ROR about MY business when YOU have NEVER been to my home ??  Why are YOU coming to this website "warning" people about ME and MY business when YOU haven't met one single dog that belongs to me ?

YOU began a flame war in August of 2006 by creating a fake MySpace page using the very same images that belonged to me and you told people I was ripping people off and you made the same derogatory accusations back in 2006 after you got pissed off that I asked you to fill out my canine application when you asked me for a Goldendoodle.  You got offended that your own sister asked you to fill out a canine application.  Isn't that what all of this is about Sandra Johnson ?

When you peel back all of the layers of the  onion and you wipe your a*s with the onion peels and you stop boo hooing to the internet audience who enjoy your exaggerated bullshit stories..that's what it all comes down to,  MRs Johnson !

The fact you were offended.  Well color me a crying river and get over it.  That was back in 2006. You found a backyard breeder in another state and you paid her to fly the dog to Orlando and you spent over $1000 for the dog.  Less than six months later,  you dumped THAT dog off with another family.  Thank GOD I was smart and didn't let you have one of my dogs.  That poor dumped dog could have been one of mine.  You dumped your daughter when she was a baby.  You dumped your son off in my mother's lap and quit talking to her for years because she had to get a court order to legally evict him out of her home and when you found out she had dementia in 2008....  like a snake, you slinked into her life and destroyed what was left of it.  Well good for you! I hope you are very proud of yourself.

5.  You complain here on ROR that my blogs harass you, trash you and slander you but you admit that you FOUND my blogs on "MySpace" and other websites and copied them to your computer.

That's pretty interesting Sandra Johnson.  People who honestly believe they have been "slandered" and "harassed" and "trashed"  do NOT copy the content that belongs to another individual to their computer.  That is called copyright infringement.  What they do is copy the content to a CD and then they hire an attorney and a file copyright infringement lawsuit or abuse, harassment lawsuit.  What YOU did was copy my photos.... copy my content, blogs and articles
and then you took that content...the blogs and the articles and filed a fabricated harassment complaint and had some of my accounts suspended.

You turned around and created an account for yourself under a fake name and you POSTED my content AFTER you took the content OUT of context...spun it the way you wanted to spin it to make youself look like a victim,  then posted that content right alongside my personal images.

When I found that content and what YOU were doing through google alert,  I notified the websites and if those websites were responsible,  the accounts were deleted.  I spend money to send certified letters with return receipts.  I have enough evidence to bury you for years to come if I ever have enough money for an attorney to sue you.

The fact of the matter is,  Sandra Johnson,  you are aware that I have enough evidence to cause quite a bit of legal problems for  you and that is the entire reason you are causing problems for my business.  You are deliberately trying to prevent my dogs from selling because you think this will prevent me from having the money to take you to court.   Isn't that your entire motive ?

I manipulated YOUR images and turned them into disgusting images of you ??  I just recently received an email from slide.com and youtube.com letting me know that your account with them was deleted because you posted derogatory videos and slides using my images with vulgar gay and fat slurs.  On photobucket.com  you posted 62 photos using my personal name as "tags" and you had derogatory comments on each of those photos.  Your account was created under the fake name "kawinomad".    You had a photobucket account under "SFJ" and "SJF54"  as well as "Sandra Johnson".   On webshots.com  you posted over 50 derogatory photo shopped images with derogatory gay and fat slurs using my business and my personal name as internet tags so that people looking for a Goldendoodle dog would stumble across that content.

On flickr.com I had to file a counter copyright infringement complaint against YOU not ONCE..but SEVERAL times because you filed one after another fabricated copyright infringement complaint on my own Goldendoodle images that I owned...pretending that my images belonged to you.

Now THAT,  my friend... is against the law.  You clicked a button stating under the laws of perjury that you were filing a truthful claim that MY images belonged to you when they did not.

You did this on my youtube videos and you did this same thing on my (((Redacted))) account. My Goldendoodle images are copyright protected.  They don't belong to you.  They belong to my customers if they shared them with my business.  You have no right to file a copyright infringement claim pretending you own my Goldendoodle or personal images.  Here you are on ROR posting MY personal images as though I gave them to you.  That is copyright infringement on ROR's part as well as YOUR page.  This website does not have permission to use my images nor do you.


What do you suppose this type of behavior, Sandra Johnson,  falls under ?  Love ???  Caring ? Sisterly devotion ???   I call it obsession...harassment...internet cyberbullying and internet stalking.I call it deliberate obstruction against my business with intent and malice.  I call it internet terrorism.

Sandra Johnson sent her mother's only surviving brother a letter asking for thousands of dollars saying she needed money to "bury"  her mother but her mother isn't dead!!!!

Sandra Johnson posted on facebook that she was going to bulldoze her mother's house and build a house for herself and live in it right after she dumped her mom in the Eastbrooke Gardens nursing home in Castleberry Florida in Feb. 2010.  She was forced by the facility to remove her mother
from the facility on November 30th,  2010 because Sandra Johnson refused to allow her siblings to have contact with their mother,  Lorraine M. Evans of Kissimmee FLorida.

Lorraine M. Evans of Kissimmee Florida worked for Walt Disney World for 25 years as a PBX operator.  She was diagnosed with dementia in 2006.  Sandra Johnson conned her mother into signing a 7 page durable power of attorney,   a new will and testment that made  Sandra Johnson a "sole beneficiary" even though Lorraine M. Evans has six children,  2 quick claim deeds that gave Sandra Johnson the property that belonged to her mother.  Sandra Johnson conned her son,  Jason Holka into signing one of those quick claim deeds and she signed the other.

Sandra Johnson is a greedy b***h who can't wait for her mother to die.  She threw away almost all of her mother's belongings.....what she didn't keep for herself.
