To Sandra Johnson,

There is nothing in the blog that you posted under this frivilous complaint that defames your character.  You are without a character, so how has it become defamed?  Yes,  I did serve my country and with great pride.  What have you done with yourself other than spending every waking hour fixated and obsessed with me and my business?

It is a fact that you did copy my photos and you did place a fake copyright on the top of the photos with  YOUR name and you don't own a single RIGHT to a single photo that belongs to me.  Further more,  you filed fraudulant copyright infringement claims with flickr, yahoo and youtube.  You perjured yourself by claiming you owned the rights to my photos and videos. You claimed you owned my Goldendoodle photos and further claimed you owned the rights to family photos of my parents.  Photos that were taken by THEM and not YOU.  Yahoo, flickr and youtube realized you fabricated your story and sent email verifying your complaint was invalid. 

I am prior military Sandra Johnson who has actually done something positive with my life.  You, on the other hand, live your life trying to destroy people you feel are either in your way or that can see through your transparent "character".

You claim my husband has stalked your home.  That is the most absurd claim I've ever heard.  Do you actually think my husband is going to drive 12 hours to Orlando Florida just to "stalk" you?  I thought you were a dog trainer?  I thought you owned five large dogs.  If you think you are being stalked, why don't you train your dogs to guard your home?  One of your dogs is so grossly overweight I don't even know how it manuevers itself around.  You should be ashamed of yourself for letting your dog become so grossly overweight.  You claim my blogs are slanderous?  Really?  What do you call the crap you've written here on this fraudulant website and all over the internet?  You lied about my business being affiliated with some pet store called puppy patch. I have never even heard of them.  You posted lie after lie after lie on some voy michelle's forum.  Your postings on THIS website aren't even complaints.  All you are trying to do is pretend you've been victimized by me when the fact is,  you've spent since 2006 being a cyber stalker and a cyberbully, creating a smear campaign anywhere your trash can be housed and not removed by the site owners.  You claim I wrote "trash" about you and your sisters?  That's very interesting.  I have supporting documentation to prove you tried to steal my mother's house and her back lot.  You and your son, Jason Holka took my mother to the kissimmee court house to change the deed to her house and adjacent property.  You, your son Jason Holka and your sisters stole everything out of my mother's house that wasn't nailed down.  You helped your oldest half sister and her family members  fill up a rental truck with my mother's possessions and you conspired with your other half sister and your youngest sister to remove my mother from her home and the plan was to shuffle her from your homes back and forth so that you could sell her house out from under her and reap the profits.  You then had a falling out with your youngest sister and began posting semi nude photos of her all over the internet.  You told me via email and on a taped telephone conversation that she wouldn't care because she put semi nude photos of herself on various websites and had an affair on her husband, Jim Kelly.

Your boasted during the taped telephone conversation that you hoped Jim Kelly would kick your younger sister to the curb and leave her homeless.  You called her a barbie doll b***h who walked around with her "bling bling" acting better than everyone else.  You called your half sisters redneck hillbillies and other obscene names and you made threatening phone calls to the family members of Charlotte Estes including sending her threatening emails lying that you had hired an attorney and that you were going to sue her.  The fact of the matter is, Sandra Johnson,  when you can't get your way or when people find out that your not being honest or forthcoming,  you act like a victim or that you are being harassed.  I have every legal right to blog about what you have been doing to me as a person and my business, over the internet.  I have every legal right to blog about what you and your sisters have done to my mother.

My mother has no idea she is living at  your house.  She can't remember what she has said five minutes after she's said it.  Your mother is not capable of understanding what you and your sisters have done with her personal property and her home including her money.  She can't comprehend just the situation you all have placed her in.  Charlotte Estes lied and you know it, when she stated that she only took our mother to see a doctor in Alabama regarding "knee pain".  I have the copy you sent me showing she forged a mini mental health exam.  I had to even point that out to you.  You called ME in May 2009 asking me to help you and I told you that if you were being honest and doing the right thing,  I would support you and help you even though I had no reason whatsoever to do so since you have virtually bankrupted my business through your fabricated nonsense.  You deliberately mislead people regarding my business and my dogs by making up your over the top stories.  I found out that you were lying to me about what you were really up to.  I found out you put a huge hole in the trunk of my mother's car just because you are too stupid to call a locksmith! How dumb do you honestly have to be to put a head sized hole in my mother's car that she kept in pristine condition for 25 years???  You care so little about the possessions and property of others that it meant nothing for you to destroy my mother's home, her car, her life and of course my business and my life.  Your selfish; self centered; hateful and a liar.  I found out the truth about what you were up to because I caught you in multiple lies through your email and your postings on facebook.  You even lied to Detective Mason of the Kissimmee Police department claiming that I took property and money from my mother when that was nothing but a lie.  I personally called Detective Mason and he told me what you said.  I then told HIM that I had supporting documentation that proved Carolyn Rogers obtained credit cards in my mother's name and she used the cards to make multiple cash advances and personal purchases that had nothing at all to do with my mother.  I further proved to him that Charlotte Estes was very aware that Carolyn Rogers opened the accounts because the bills were being sent to the home of Charlotte Estes and Charlotte Estes was paying those bills with MY mother's money.  Because she was late in almost every single bill, multiple charges began to accrue.

You were aware through equifax that Charlotte Estes and Carolyn Rogers opened multiple credit cards in our mother's name and was using our mother's money to pay the bills and yet you did absolutely NOTHING about filing a lawsuit asking a judge to make both of those sisters responsible for repaying our mother back those funds.  You were only focused on $11,000 and Charlotte Estes sent that money to you.  Once you obtained that money, you blew right through it.  You claimed in an email to Charlotte Estes that this money was your mother's "life savings".  I have news for you.  My mother had entirely more money saved up for her "life savings" and both Carolyn Rogers and Charlotte Estes spent all of it except for $11,ooo which you personally spent.  Now your mother is virtually penniless because you all made her that way.  You've all made her virtually homeless and you all participated in distributing her personal belongings as though the woman was dead. And you claim you take good care of her?  Well,  you have to answer for what you've done, in the end just as your sisters will have to answer to what they did.

My conscious is clear and so is my brother. Neither he nor I have been involved with what you all did to her and shame on all of you.  I can proudly say I served my country Sandra Johnson.  You said, it has nothing to do with selling dogs?  Yes it does.  My character means everything and you've spent since 2006 trying to assassinate my character through your frivilous lies and fabricated stories of supposed things I've done.  I put my life on the line for my country.  What have you done for YOUR country Sandra Johnson?  Not one damned thing.  The only thing you've ever done is live  your life through others because you have no life of your own.  You copied my blogs and changed the context of my blogs and added your own words so it would benefit yourself just as you ripped off my mother.  You didn't file a lawsuit against your half sisters because you knew that your story was a lie.  You knew that you would be implicated if you went forward in a lawsuit.  I saw right through your lies Sandra Johnson.  Your using my mother for your own self gain.  You don't give a crap about her.  What kind of person doesn't even allow their own mother to receive flowers for christmas???  What kind of person returns gifts and cards meant for their mother? I ordered beautiful flowers for my mother for christmas and what did you do?

You told the delivery guy to DONATE the flowers to some local hospital and you never let my mother see the flowers that were sent to her.  Your so hateful that you treat my mother like a prisoner inside of your home.  You prevent my mother from receiving telephone calls.  You prevent my mother from receiving gifts, cards, letters and you won't even let my mother spend any time with me or her other children.  Why? Because you are selfish and self centered.  You had the audacity to tell the Orlando DCF's office that if I wanted to talk to my mother that I needed to buy her a cell phone.  That is the most illogical bullshit I've ever heard.  How is this woman suppose to take care of a cell phone when she can't remember anything five minutes after it happens?  She has five other children.  Are all five children suppose to provide her with a cell phone and is she suppose to keep track of five cell phones?  As a care taker,  you have no right to tell my mother who she can talk to, where she can go, who she can visit with and what she can or can not do.  You treat my mother as though she were a neglected child.  Your a horrific individual and I hope my mother gets the last laugh!  I hope she outlives you and your other criminal sisters.

It is very interesting that Sandra Johnson is the ONLY person posting frivilous nonsense on ROR regarding me and my business.   I find it very interesting that Sandra Johnson further sends people to VOY.com claiming "look at all the customer complaints".  Is she really serious?  Voy.com is about as fraudulant a website as ROR. (Ripoffreport).   There isn't a single valid complaint anywhere on voy.com regarding me or my business.  If a customer had a valid complaint with merit, they would not use voy.com to file a complaint, Sandra Johnson.  Further more,  the ONLY person who is responsible for 99 percent of the wild accusations and over the top, absurd claims made on voy.com as well as on this website, ROR,  is you.... Sandra Johnson.

It is very appearant what is going on and it is clear to see the smear campaign.  Sandra Johnson,  you have obviously forgotten to take your meds! Everyone who follows me on the internet is very aware who you are.  They are very aware that a sick individual you are and they are very aware that you are nothing but a habitual liar and a fraud.  You post your fabricated stories on this website and on other websites where forums go unmoderated because you are an attention seeker.  Your life is so meaningless that you use the internet to seek validation from unsuspecting individuals who are not aware that you are nothing more than a jealous, hateful and very spiteful estranged sister who tries to pretend to the general public that you are taking care of a sick mother.  I can back up everything I've said about you Sandra Johnson. You on the other hand can't keep your story straight because you've told so many lies, you can't remember which lie you told first.

I hope people DO go to that Voy.com bogus dog forum because like this website,  you and you alone have turned that dog forum into a trashing board that mentions NO ONE except for me.  YOU are the ONLY person who posts ridiculous claims here and on Voy.com  that don't even make any sense. The claims made on this website  regarding me, Dee Gerrish and my business Lake Ridge Kennel/Goldendoodle World are completely fabricated stories with no merit of truth to them.  Every single posted "complaint" has been put on this website by Sandra Johnson.  This woman has spent since 2006 making up over the top, absurd, stories and posting untruthful statements under multuple ficititious user names including using her own name, as a smear campaign.

DCF of Orlando Florida has NOT closed any case regarding my mother, Lorraine Evans.  My mother's case is on-going and has been on-going since 2008. 

No one has harassed Sandra Johnson, period.  My husband never stalked her or her home.   Sandra Johnson has never been a victim of any sort.    Everything this woman has said anywhere on the internet that has my name or business name attached, is utterly untrue.  

Sandra Johnson was clinically diagnosed as having a mental health problem.  The only reason she is using this website to house her nonsense is because the website owner is a fraud himself.  The owner of this website contacts people who have "derogatory" complaints about them or their business trying to extort money from them by pretending to have a "reputation builder" company.  The owner of this website actually is being sued by multiple businesses in a class action lawsuit in Arizona.  

My business, including myself, has been targeted by Sandra Johnson since 2006 only because she's a vindictive, hateful estranged sister.  If blogs that I supposedly wrote about Sandra Johnson so offended her,  why is she posting them here?  Why would she repost them here and yet get my accounts deleted because the blogs supposedly harassed her and defamed her?  Does that make any sense at all?  Sandra Johnson is a pathetic loser.  This is the only website that refuses to remove her garbage.  This is the only place she can gain attention.  Well....good luck with that!

Once again I am reporting the owner/operator of Lake Ridge Kennels aka Goldendoodle World in Cleveland, NC. Her name is Diane aka "Dee" Gerrish and she is one of my sisters. I recently sent her an email asking her to please remove all of the malicious blogs she has posted about me and I asked her to stop attempting to bully me online. She refuses to comply.
I have contacted the websites where her malicious blogs are located but her blogs are still there. Most of the hate-filled, defamatory blogs are located on (((Redacted)))and even though I have requested numerous times for these blogs to be removed, this morning I find that they are still viewable.
Dee Gerrish is running a back yard dog breeding 'business' exclusively on the Internet and her articles, posts and blogs are in the hundreds if you Google her name and/or "Goldendoodles". She isn't hard to find. I am not  a dog breeder and my complaints are not related to any type of competition. 
Below is just a small portion of what I found on Buzznet written and posted about me, Sandra Johnson, by the self proclaimed "professional dog breeder, author and writer", Dee Gerrish:
Note: I am our elderly mother's caretaker and Dee Gerrish has filed numerous complaints about me with the Orlando Department of Children and Families. Not only has Dee Gerrish's complaints have been found to be unsubstantiated, DCF has closed the case despite the allegations from Dee.
This online 'feud' between Dee Gerrish and myself is nothing but sibling rivalry and has gone on for the past two years even though we have not physically seen each other in over twenty years. Believe it or not, this 'war' started over a dog. As insane as it sounds, over two years ago I inquired about buying a puppy from Dee Gerrish only to find that she only had one black male puppy left and I wasn't interested in it. 
At that particular time, I was only tossing around the idea of actually acquiring a dog and not really looking very hard for one. When I politely  declined to purchase her puppy, Dee began sending me outrageously hateful emails. When this tactic didn't work, she began calling my house late at night and even had our brother call and threaten me with bodily harm. I reported Dee to her local sheriff's office and the calls stopped when she made the mistake of calling me from one of her friend's house.
Since that time, Dee has done nothing but bash and trash me and our sisters in blogs all over the Internet. This has gone on for two solid years. Dee went so far as to copy some beautiful photos I had taken of our younger sister (at her request). Not only did Dee copy the photos from Photobucket, Dee manipulated them to make our sister look like a fool. Dee used some of Photobucket's features and plastered across our sister's photo: "For a good time, call 1-800-Bimbo". Under several other very nice photos of mine, Dee wrote vial comments insinuating that our sister and I were lovers. Our youngest sister and I were so appalled by this that I complained to Photobucket and was forced to make my photos private which I don't like to do because I enjoy sharing them with everyone.

"The fact is...everything about me and my business that  Sandra Johnson has written and posted since 2006  over the internet has been nothing but made up creations and utterly untrue.  I've never written any blog that simply trashes anyone.  Every blog I've written to this day is about stating the facts or has been to defend myself against the horrific things posted on the internet by Sandra Johnson.   The blogs and information Sandra Johnson posted regarding our mother is only half true.  She fails to implicate herself and she fails to admit to what role she played from the time she befriended Karyn Kelly and Charlotte Estes back in August of 2008 or possibly even earlier than that.  Sandra Johnson has failed to provide supporting videos and photos to back up her claims regarding the reasons as to why they moved our mother out of her home and why they all partook in dividing up our mother's personal possessions and went so far as to give some of it away as well as  throw it away.  Sandra Johnson fails to admit that she was given a portion of my mother's money by Charlotte Estes some time in 2009.  She failed to file any police reports and she failed to contact the DCF abuse hotline when she supposedly discovered the abuse, neglect and thefts by our other sisters.  Unfortunately for Sandra Johnson,  I have enough supporting evidence to show that not only was she a part of the problem....she failed to be a part of the solution to actually help our mother.  Unfortunately for all of the sisters who did these horrific things to our mother,  they will all have to answer to a higher authority in the end and they will be held accountable for what transpired regarding our mother and the individual roles they played.  My mother could have easily prevented all of this nonsense by doing the right thing when she was first diagnosed.  She could have contacted a legal guardianship company...she could have retained an attorney.....NOT used her daughter's son..but an actual attorney who would have been of actual help to her and she could have worked out a plan, set in stone, that would have prevented all of this craziness from happening.  She didn't do these things and the rest is history.  Sandra Johnson asked me, via her plaxo account, to prove she's a liar.  Well,  this is just one blog....I'd have to have a mountain of blogs to back up the fact she's a liar.....she and the other sisters were all in cahoots together but in the end,  they will have to pay for these misdeeds."   It further bothers me that this same woman claims she's a care-taker for my mother who has dementia.  I've never understood to date why my mother has not been removed and placed into protective custody.  It's disturbing to think my mother has no ability to mentally understand what is going on and that an individual with this much hatred is in charge of her wellbeing.  want to believe it could happen to her.
"What makes me sick regarding this individual, Sandra Johnson,  is the fact she proclaims on a personal website that she created (for some dumb reason) that she use to be a dog trainer...oh, excuse me...she use to be a "behavioral specialist" until she started taking care of my mother who has dementia and she further claims that she's doing everything for my mother because none of her "sibings" will have anything to do with our mother since she became ill.   Everything that Sandra Johnson has on her personal website is a sickening lie and she merely uses her photo accounts, her plaxo account, her twitter account and her facebook account to continue her smear campaign towards me, my dogs, my business, my cousin and my brother.  The fact that she copied my personal photo and placed it upon her flickr account just to make a derogatory comment about me, my cousin and my brother, shows she's a demented individual who is completely filled with hatred.  She obviously also has mental health issues.  It is with great hope that her abusiveness comes back to kick her in the teeth one day.  I continue to hope every single day that this abusive individual gets what is coming to her for all the pain, all the negative comments, all the financial ruin she has caused to me, my family and to my dogs for the garbage she continues to spew.  
Sandra Johnson claims she was a dog trainer until she became my mother's care-taker and that is not true at all.  I've not heard from a single individual who has ever had Sandra Johnson train their dog.  She has the most boring damned videos on youtube regarding her dogs and from watching her dogs in the videos,  it is clear she spends not a second of time training them. Her own dogs are so over-weight they do nothing much except lay around panting in the god awful Florida heat!  She has no videos showing anyone her expertise as a dog trainer and is clearly shows through her own footage of her personal dogs of how NON trained they are.  She claims that she is a care-taker of my mother and that my mother is happy being at her home.  That is not true.  She conned my mother into signing a durable power of attorney (something I've already blogged about) and then proceeded to rip my mother off for every personal possession my mother ever had and spent her life, collecting.  What my sister and her sisters didn't want,  they threw out or gave away to their own kids and family members.  After she had a falling out with the other sisters,  she has used my mother as a pawn for her own self gain.  She has refused to allow anyone to see, visit or talk to my mother.  My mother's case has been forwarded to the Florida State prosecutor's office as well as the Kissimmee Police department and every single day I keep my finger's crossed that the prosecutor's office will push my mother's case forward into a courtroom.  I personally told the Orlando DCF's office as well as the Kissimmee Police Department that if my mother's case went forward for court, to notify me so that I could be there and produce my evidence showing Sandra Johnson as being an unfit individual of whom my mother should be removed not just from her care but from her home as well.  It is my personal belief that given the fact Sandra Johnson shows what an abusive individual she really is through her internet antics, harassing, cyberbullying and trashing.......that my mother is in danger being around her.  My sister has an erratic personality that can't be trusted.What care-taker would continue to behave on the internet the way that she behaves? If she is this abusive over the internet, can you imagine what my mother must be privately going through behind the closed doors of Sandra Johnson's Orlando home?  Just the thought frightens me for my mother.
Heed this warning now........be careful whom you follow on the internet.  This woman hasn't a truthful bone in her body.  She is so full of deceptions, untruths and is such a negative spewing demon, it would be like following the devil himself,  if you follow her and believe her lies."
I personally feel that this type of behavior is extremely inappropriate for a business owner to engage in especially when her business is solely dependent on prospective puppy buyers. Dee Gerrish actually has blamed ME for the decline in her sales and I find this not only amusing but outrageous. If Dee Gerrish would remove all of her garbage she has posted about me and our sisters and stop this constant blogging, her sales might pick up. I have never in my life seen a business owner stoop to such low levels as to trash others the way Dee has done. This is just unethical, unprofessional, outrageous, a solid black mark on her character and how does she expect the public to buy puppies from her if Dee continues to prove to everyone how unstable she is? This blogging bash fest of hers has got to stop but because of weak Internet laws, this sort of immature thing most likely will continue. 
I will continue to report her as I continue to find her vial and defamatory blogs about me. I have contacted my local authorities for advice on how to stop Dee from trashing me online but haven't received a response as of yet. I'm sure they have better things to do than hunt down bloggers.
