I have purchased 3 expensive Deep Blue Watchs over the last 3 years.  All of these watches have failed within 3 weeks of adjusting the movements for routine wear, (at the screw down waterproof crown). The Failure has been the screw down mechanism stripping and not allowing the crown to be finger tigthen down to prevent water from entering the watches while diving. I have 100 other Invicta, Swiss and German Made Dive Watches where this has not happened in 10 years of use. One Invicta Professional Dive Watch was send in for repairs of the screw down crown and after 6 months returned with no problems to date. The following occured when the following watches were sent in for repairs at Deep Blue:  The screw down crowns stripped out from less than 3 weeks of use. Deep Blue provided by e-mail a Service Request Sheet. Looked official, so I mailed the watches to DB-USA - W/R Dept. 1*********************** - Phone **********. Postal Tracking showed delivery on 2/16/16.  The address was later revealed wrong and phone no longer worked. Contacted Sam who informed me that was the wrong form, address and phone as they had not been at that address for 2.5 years. So, loss in the US Mail a Deep Blue Men's Day/Night T-100 Auto - Black, and a Deep Blue Men's 50 MM BlueTech Abyss II, T-1, Blue valued at $1,500.00 for both watches.  The third Deep Blue has stripped out and it is a Deep Blue Pro-AquaDiver Automatic - Blue, valued at $300.00.  I intend to just throw it in the TRASH, as Deep Blue cannot REPAIR a Watch, but they can make you lose it in the US Mail.  This company should be closed down for selling inferior products and not being able to repair their own products.  After buying three watches for $2,000.00 and then due to Deep Blue sending the wrong Repair Form via E-Mail, I loss due to delivery to the wrong address 2 watches and the third $300.00 watch, I am throwing in the TRASH. Deep Blue Products  are of Very Poor Quality with an extremely Poor Repair Division.  I recommend you do not buy their products and if it fails to just throw it in the trash as you will never get it repaired by Deep Blue!!!
