DEFENDERS ADT Protect your home Scammed me/ frauded me Ceres California

I was looking for some outside cameras. When I got this flyer from ADT. I thought wow that's a great deal. Exactly what I'm looking for. So I gave ADT a call.

The man that answered said oh yes we have outdoor cameras exactly what you're looking for. He was very nice and I explained that I do not need any indoor items. Just cameras on the outside. Our young man came out the next day and I told him exactly what I needed, and he said oh no problem we can get you that. then he looked at my house and said let me look around and see your house and he looked around at all the windows. Then I took him outside and showed him exactly where I wanted cameras and the reason I wanted cameras, as that's all I wanted. While we were outside my home he said that I had older metal windows, and that to their easy to break in. I explained to him that that would never happen I have Chihuahuas in the house if someone tried to even attempt to get near a window I would hear it. Plus I wasn't worried about that. I told him again that all I wanted was cameras that's what I had called about. He said cameras or $299 each , but he would talk to his boss. He went outside and talk to his boss, and came back in and told me he would get me to cameras for the outside for the price of 299 for both. That also his boss said if I buy one for 299 I get the two cameras and 2 $100 visas. The next he left.

2 weeks later another man came here. I assumed to install the cameras. No he said that they were out. I had to explain everything again. This man acted like they would be in soon, as he activated a wall monitor.and my phone. I don't know what for. What was I to look at on my phone. All that was on there was their site. Not my home. Oh and as he left he told me that they should have outdoor cameras by the end of the year. I said no forget it. Cancel all this until I get the cameras. That's all I wanted and I was very upset. Well he kept on walking and left. Then I called for the next 3 days to make sure it was cancelled. I called about 15 to 20 times. It's all on my call log on my phone 4 proof. I was else put on hold for quite a long time almost a half an hour each time. Then they would come on and tell me I had the wrong department and that they would transfer me and then about another 10 to 15 minutes after I was transferred. I would get hung up on.

Then I called on Monday and they said it was too late to cancel. I spoke to her supervisor and he was very rude. told me that I would have to pay 75% for the next three years of my bill at $56 a month not 27. So I ended up with window monitors. Which I have taken out disconnected everything I told him to pick it up he said no it's mine. So beware ADT is sending out sub companies who act like they are ADT. I don't know how to tell if it's ADT cuz all the paperwork shows it and their shirts and stuff. So before you get a home monitoring system or go and install your own or hire someone. I am on Social Security and can't handle this.
