Del Prado Collection Bait and no deliver on promised display case for minerals collection Aston Pennsylvania

 Del Prado Collection advertised in many magazines thier Mineral collection and beautiful wood dispaly case.

I have been collecting the overpriced mineral specimans for several years, made many written inquires to Del Prado as to when my display case would be shipped to me and when finally reaching them by phone today (first time i have seen a phone number on one of thier bills) i was told that the manufacturer discontinued the cases in 2012. I told customer service that was not my problem, they need to find a new supplier and provide the promised display case. I was told they would not.

This company is a ripoff, they advertised in print for a long time with picturers of the display case and had no intention of ever shipping it. I am sure that there are other collectors out there that have been burned by Del Prado as well!
