Dell Finacial Service - Dell Computer Corporation Dell is scamming me Help Austin Texas

Dell has really gone to the dogs . I have been paying on my monitor and printer since 2003, and in 2007 I purchase a Inspiron 1501 for 700.oo and I have been payingat least 50.00 dollars each month when I first moved to Kenosha from Chicago in Nov.2007 I paid 100.00 in Dec and 100.00 in Feb. since then I have been paying the minimum amount But I was still paying . In march I spent close to 500.00 dollars on my phone bill , Due to Dell tech service, which I might add were of no help . Instead the dell tech did more damage than good . I had to rebuild my computer from the motherboard up, thank you New egg .com Now dell has lost a payment which I sent in and the customer care people wont help me unless i send them 77.71 I am on a fixed income and I am disabled . I recently got a phone call asking if I had made the payment of 28.00 I said I had'. and the voice said they would credit my account I used to say If' Dell can't do it nobody can"Now I say If Dell does you You are Done!I asked customer care why my bill is so high and was told it was for my extended warranty I did not order an extended warranty! and Dell will not take it off my bill I have had my new laptop iyr and i haver had it taken care of by a computer service here in Kenosha . so I don't need or want Dell tech support or their extended warranty someone needs to take dell Out of busness Quick
