I PURCHASED A FLAT SCREEN TV 46 INCH PHILLIP I REPORTED PROBLEMS WITH THE SOUND AND RECEIVED NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND ABOUT HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS OR GET REPAIRS I SENT IN ALL THE INFORMATION I HAD AND STILL THEY WERE UNABLE TO ASSIST ME NOW THE TV IS NOT WORKING AT ALL AND I STILL OWE $1000.00 TO DELL FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR A TV THAT IS NOTHING BUT JUNK.
