They charge for a warranty and then give no service,
After spending over 30 hours not getting any help i want my warranty money back. it is the law that if you do business in a state there must be an agent for service name and address to sue.
Does anyone know it???
I would also love to be part of a class action suit as they seem to do this to everyone.

it is under the secretary of state california.look in their business portal and put in dell under corporations.
THE DBA IS DELL GEN.P.CORP.
THE ADDRESS TO SERVE THEM IS 2730 Gateway oaks Dr. STE 100
Sacramento,CA 95833
Make sure you sue the exact name as listed above including the periods.
