Delta Home Protect and the owner, Litty Shteireman Delta Home Protect sells home warranties but it is a scam. Atlanta Georgia

I purchased two home warranty plans for $638.00 each from Delta Home Protect in March 2016. I was assured at the time of purchase that they were fully refundable if I was not satisfied. I cancelled the policies within a month because of a lack of service. I have never received a refund although I've been promised one on numerous occasions. They use a "bait and switch" technique in which they promise to call back or credit  my credit card but then lie and avoid my calls and emails. My credit card company did not refund me because Delta kept promising to refund me and the credit card company's investigation was closed in the interim.

There are numerous other reports of fraud by this company on other websites. The owner, Litty Shteireman is a known felon who scammed her own Orthodox community for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Numerous other complaints were not prosecuted.
