Exact same Etsy custom sweater paid for through PayPal story - strung out new completion dates - surprised to find out that after 90 days I had no way to recover money from PayPal....Etsy would "look into" my story....finallly, it looks like her page on Etsy has been deleted after several years of my reminders (and others too I am sure)

Found her online and emailed her with no response of course....only recourse suggested to file a report with Maryland Consumer Affairs - same story as the NYC report - first scammer dealt with on Etsy after many easy purchases

Watch out as she still has a "custom knitting" section on her personal Ministry site... (you read that right !!) with PayPal logos all over the sweater photos offered for sale....still in business of course....my only recourse is to warn potential buyers.
