I purchased Zymax in June 2000. I followed the manufactures instructions. Tried the product for thirty days. I returned it according to their satisfaction guaranteed no risk advertisement. I have called their number weekly since July and left my number. I have not received a return call yet. I have also called their customer service number and only get a recording that does not work properly. I have written them, again I have not received a reply. This amount has been charged to my account and I am very angry because I can not get to talk to anyone in person and the company is not standing behind their word. Something needs to be done about this company.
