After receiving the mailer, I decided to try Zymax. I placed an order for it the end of March. Had rush shipment for addt'l $$. I never recieved the product. 1 week, then 3 weeks then over a month passed. I called each week to complain. I was told it was shipped but the USPS had problems.

I continued calling. Approx 5 weeks passed and again I called, still I had no product, but they had their money. My bank acct was drafted immediately after the original order. I called to ask them to credit my account. Instead, another shipment was to be sent to me and the "rush" charges from the original order was to be credited to my account.

Ok.. I really wanted to try the product. I did ask them to trace the original order, because if it was indeed shipped, someone got it, but not me. So again, I waited. And waited. No product. I finally called and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Of course I didn't get one. Only a CSR. I demanded my account be credited in full for this "ghost" product.

Well, as per my bank statement (3 weeks later), no credit. I call again and ask for supervisor. Only CSR again. I am told my acct was credited 5 days ago. My attorney is aware and eagerly awaiting as well as I. We shall see!

Goodness... a nutritionist for five years

To Shakura- I have worked as a nutritionist for five years now. Not only is losing five pounds in four days unhealthy, it down right dangerous. If it's a one time deal you should be fine however if it continues and you continue to lose more than three to four pounds a week (seven full days) than you need to stop taking that product. Eventually your entire metabolism would change and make it nearly impossible to stop losing weight. This is an issue almost no one considers when taking pills.

You do not need them to lose weight. All you really need is a good, healthy diet and a healthy work out system (when you're first starting that means 6-7 times a week for around 1 hour a day) and don't say you don't have time. Anyone can come up whith an hour if it's important (the average american watched 3 hours of television a day last year - most don't realize that). I wish you all luck with your weight lose and remember - skinny is not always healthy.

I was just getting ready to order zymax when I thought of checking it out on the Web. Of course they do not have a web page, but I found this complaint page under the search. Thank you for letting me know about the probem. I see some of the poeple have no problem, but to see that they can not satisfy an unhappy Customer for that long, will NOT give them my business. I do not want to be the one they ignore. Again thanks for letting me know.

I am suprised to hear such bad experiences & find them so hard to believe.

We got the magazine in the mail & my husband had to try it. I laughed thinking yeah right it's really gonna work.

Well, it worked so well for him, (he lost about 50 lbs)I tried ZYMAX & it has work well for me too. (I am in a size 4 again)

We have ordered it from the 1-877-621-3165 & have always talked to a real-live person. Also, it was mailed through the Postal Service & sent Priority Mail. (3-4 days at the most) We are very happy with it & tell everyone about it.

I have noticed that the company has started sending the Zymax delivery confirmation so they have better tracking availablity.

I really believe this pill works as long as you follow the directions. I admitt, in the beginning I cheated just like any diet. I look better & feel better. It will work if you let it. We both have completly changed are eating habits for the better. Zymax has changed our lives!!!

I am writing my opinion on Zymax. I started using Zymax on 02-18-02, take two a.m. pills with breakfast, 2 a.m. with lunch and one p.m. pill after dinner, which is usually about 7:00 p.m. I did use the Accelerator at first, but after I ran out of it, I did not order anymore. I really couldn't tell a difference in using it or not.

So far I have lost 13 to 15 pounds. I am 43 years old, stopped smoking 2 years ago and weighed in at 138 to 140 pounds, which is not a whole lot, but if you are used to weight 120 to 124, it is. Right now I weigh 125 pounds.

I have been writing down what I eat and the calorie content and try to limit calorie intake to 1500 calories per day. I sometimes eat more than the 1500 calories because I like junk food, but most days I am within the range or below. By writing down what you eat, you can see it in black and white. If you eat more for lunch than you intended, cut back on dinner.

I am very satisfied with this product and after I lose another four pounds, I will just do the maintenance. Also, I have not been exercising as it recommends, so my weight loss would probably have been faster had I done so, but my lifestyle does not permit exercise at this time.

I will continue to use this product as long as I think it works and in my opinion, IT WORKS FOR ME.

I too purchased Zymax and funny how I am completely satisfied.

I received my order the 5 days after I purchased the product over the phone.



Not only am I satisfied I am losing weight. I've lost 5 pound and its only been 4 days. My family is very impressed by the rapid weight loss and its no unhealthy because I eat regular. Not on no crash diet or anything like that. But after a while your just not hungry.

Well anyway thats all I have to say!

Your experience is not uncommon.

You need to call and ask them what was the tracking number for this package and call UPS and track it yourself.

We all know UPS is not very reliable!
