I mailed out my order with my check back on February 18, 2002 to an address in Canada. Today is March 7, 2002, and I have not received a back-order letter, the pills or any other explanation. Their address is 203-2780 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6H4E7.

I was really looking forward on trying this new weight loss product, but I'm realizing that maybe this product doesn't even exist. I want my $35. fully refunded. I am very unhappy and disappointed.
