Your sitting at home relaxing the door bell rings someone is beating at your front door you go to anwser to find a

representive from DCFS wanting to check on your children, Oh yea i forgot there's a police officer with them, they have had

a complaint of some sort they want to come in what do you do (PLEASE READ VERY CAREFUL)

First ask them if they have a warrant, if so ask to see it, if they have no warrant DO NOT LET THEM ENTER YOUR HOME!!!

simply advise them to get a warrant then come back, here's where they will lie to you and tell you they do not need ONE

no matter what you are told they have no right whatsoever to enter your home, if they force their way in do not fight them

call 911 and record everything you can on a cell phone, The United States Supreme Courts have ruled and have made this

point Crystal Clear, they have violated your 4th and 14 admenmuemnt  and can be sued individually as well as the state

agency.

If your children have been removed from you Federal law states they have 72 hours before the matter is to be brought

before the court, there will be a case worker at the court hearing from DCFS there, they will tell you their your case

worker and there job is to 

put the family back together, this could not be futher from the truth, They will be quite and let you do all the talking

and be understanding of your situation, but they are trained well to take everything you say out of context to be used

against you (THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND) do not comunicate with them at all no matter what. The local police

may be involved if so they may or may not want a statement from you, it;s in our nature to talk, to tell our side of the

story, DO NOT !!! they will tell you anything, even lie to you whatever they have to do they will, I'll will be back with
